Specialist Recruiters to India’s Public Health, Development and CSR Sectors!
SAMS has been retained by WHO since October 2000, to nationally support the Central TB Division (CTD), MoHFW, in Drug Logistics and Inventory Management (DLIM) for RNTCP. Entire post-procurement, supply chain processes for the programme have been outsourced to us.
SAMS has developed, implemented and maintained a functional system for the management of drugs supplies and related logistics arrangements, covering 637 districts across the country.
SAMS commenced providing comprehensive supply chain management support on similar lines as above to NVBDCP, MoHFW, in June 2009.
Both of these are large engagements entailing round the year on-site teams in excess of six logistics professionals. TORs include review and improvement of supply chain management practices at the state and district level, including capacity building of health officers, pharmacists, etc., for the purpose.
In addition to the above ongoing engagements, SAMS also partnered with the Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative Inc. (CHAI) to support NACO in inventory management and maintaining the logistics and supply chain management of antiretroviral drugs across the country. The assignment was conducted in 2008.
