3. JOB SUMMARY:

 

As Relationship Officers/ Senior Tele-Callers at WWF-India, you will play a vital role in providing continued support to WWF-India for retaining its existing donors and supporters through effective tele-calling. Your responsibilities shall include maintaining relationships, updating donors, and securing long-term commitments to the WWF-India cause.

 

4. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Key responsibilities are listed below:

 

(1) Develop an understanding and awareness of WWF-India's work;
(2) Effectively convey the organization's mission, vision, and programs to potential/ existing donors;
(3) Make outbound calls to potential/ existing donors with the aim of raising funds as per mandated targets;
(4) Contact donors through calls and explain WWF-India's work in a clear and compelling way to generate funds for supporting the organization’s projects;
(5) Cultivate a network of dedicated donors and volunteers;
(6) Develop and manage long-term relationships with donors and upgrade them up the donor pyramid;
(7) Meet the fundraising target given by the line manager.

 

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

(1) Graduate/ Postgraduate/ MBA from any recognized University;

(2) Two to three years’ experience in fundraising with reputed NGOs/ INGOs, or direct sales experience in any industry (preferably financial services, with prior exposure to sales of products like credit/ debit cards, loans, insurance, etc.).

 

Skills and Competencies:

 

(1) Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them;
(2) Highly performance-oriented and ability to work in a team;

(3) Energy and drive to inspire people and promote WWF-India’s work;

(4) Ability to work towards fundraising targets, accept and implement feedback;
(5) Ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks.

 

6. COMPENSATION OFFERED:

 

Gross compensation budgeted for the position ranges from Rs. 4.2 lacs to 4.8 lacs per annum. On achieving prescribed targets, candidates shall additionally be eligible for the organization’s generous incentives which work out to approximately 30% of gross compensation. Please note that the offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.
