The Opportunity

 

We are looking to hire Recruitment Consultants (1–2 years’ experience) to join our Executive Search Practice in New Delhi.

 

This is a high-growth, early-career role for professionals interested in building a career in recruitment consulting within the social impact sector.

 

In the initial phase, you will work closely with senior team members on mid-level and programme/functional hiring mandates, while building strong foundations in search, sourcing, and candidate assessment. With demonstrated performance, you will progressively take on greater ownership and more complex assignments over time.

 

What You Will Do

 

As part of the Executive Search team, you will:

 

Talent Search & Sourcing

(1) Identify and engage relevant candidates through LinkedIn, databases, and sector networks

(2) Map organisations and talent pools for assigned mandates

Screening & Assessment

(3) Conduct structured screening conversations and evaluate candidate fit

(4) Support the use of assessment tools and frameworks

Client & Mandate Support

(5) Work with senior consultants to execute recruitment assignments

(6) Contribute to candidate shortlists and client deliverables

Content & Communication

(7) Draft vacancy announcements, candidate summaries, and internal notes

(8) Support outreach and engagement with prospective candidates

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools

Prior exposure to recruitment or the social impact sector will be an advantage.

Location & Work Model

  • This is primarily a work-from-office role in the initial phase
  • Hybrid flexibility may be extended based on tenure and performance
