1. POSITION(S) VACANT: Senior Executive - Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Alliance for an Energy Efficient Economy, New Delhi.

 

2. ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND:
 

Incorporated in 2008, the Alliance for an Energy Efficient Economy (AEEE) is an industry led, membership based Indian non-profit organization, that drives energy efficiency markets and policies in India.

 

AEEE is the only organisation in India which works on creating awareness about energy efficiency as a resource. The organization aims to transform India into a global leader in the field of energy efficiency, by reducing the country’s energy intensity. AEEE is working towards making India a globally competitive and environmentally sustainable economy and one of the most attractive markets for companies, with the best available energy efficient technologies. The organization also provides a convening platform for Government and Industry to engage in a constructive dialogue, for the design and implementation of more effective and impactful policies.

 

Over the years, major foundations, as well as bilateral and multilateral agencies, have helped AEEE grow, as well as undertake projects in the area of energy efficiency policy advocacy and business enablement, with emphasis on knowledge products and the creation of more effective and credible platforms.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Reporting to the Communication and PR Manager, the Senior Executive - Customer Relationship Management (CRM), shall support relationship management of AEEE’s network of diverse stakeholders, including policymakers, government officials, business and industry, researchers, consumers and civil society organisations.

 

S/he will maintain AEEE’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application and database, ensuring it is accurate and up to date with leads and contacts received through various channels and that stakeholder relationship status is updated. S/he will also be responsible for stakeholder communication and engagement through various channels (e.g. email, calls, online registration forms, etc.). S/he will be required to support project teams in organizing events, conferences, webinars, training and workshops.

 

Key Deliverables:


(A) Maintain AEEE’s CRM Application and Database:

(1) Ensure that AEEE’s CRM database is accurate and up to date for all stakeholder records

(2) Add leads received through various channels (emails, meetings, conferences, business cards, etc.) to the CRM DB;

(3) Edit/update contact details, organisation details and stakeholder engagement details as and when required;

 (4) Add and manage AEEE offerings for stakeholders, such as membership, training, workshops, etc.;

(5) Customise CRM modules, lead/contact layout, email templates, etc. to meet AEEE’s requirements.

 

(B) Communicate and Engage with AEEE’s Stakeholders:

(1) Communicate, follow-up and close the loop on AEEE stakeholder engagement through mails and calls;

(2) Update communication and engagement status in the AEEE CRM application;

(3) Create and/or customise email templates and web registration forms for AEEE’s programmes, events, conferences, etc.;

(4) Prepare reports on stakeholder engagement as and when required by AEEE senior management and programme leads.

 

(C) Support Project Teams in Organizing Events:

(1) Manage stakeholder engagement for all AEEE events;

(2) Support the event management team in preparing communication collaterals, event registration and logistics.

 

(D) Support AEEE’s Vision and Mission:

(1) Work with other AEEE team members to effectively communicate and engage with diverse stakeholders, advocating energy efficiency as a key resource in meeting India’s goals on energy security, clean energy and climate change;

(2) Keep abreast with key trends in energy, climate change, and sustainability.

 

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

 

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.

 

Experience:

Minimum three years of experience as CRM Executive, including at least one year with an MNC/ international call centre in sales/ marketing/ business development.

 

Skills and Competencies:

(1) Strong skills in using CRM applications for managing and following-up on leads and contacts;

(2) Ability to customise the CRM to meet AEEE’s requirements;

(3) Excellent communication skills with a strong command of spoken and written English;

(4) Proactive in following-up with leads and contacts through emails and calls to close the loop on stakeholder engagement;

(5) Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word;

(6) Highly motivated with the ability to prioritize work and perform under tight timelines;

(7) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams, both within and outside the organisation.

 

5. COMPENSATION OFFERED:


The offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience and salary history.
